And it’s important that we are. 

Because we do team building and leadership training and coaching like no one else in New Zealand (perhaps even in the South Pacific). And what makes us so unique is not only my own background, but the type of facilitation I provide. I am currently the only person in New Zealand trained in games-based business training with Clinton Swaine - the world leader in games-based training for businesses and organisations. 

And it is those very games, which I have specifically designed, that help businesses, like yours, to develop teams that collaborate better, communicate better and ultimately contribute to company growth. 

My business experience is varied. And this has enabled me to put together the skills I have, along with the knowledge I have gained in the field of team building and leadership training, to create a series of engaging and effective training programs for businesses.  

Starting my career as a nurse and a midwife (which included working in Papua New Guinea and for the Air Ambulance in Australia) I also gained a business degree as well as Occupational Health and Safety Qualifications - which are incorporated into the training programs I create. 

I have spent time as an inventor, conceptualising an office ergonomic product that was number one in New Zealand for five years (and has been copied at least three times by others - it’s flattery, right?). I am also proud to have been a part of a health tourism business where we brought in hundreds of patients to New Zealand for medical care, those who could not receive the care they required where they lived. 

Aside from attending numerous self-development training programs, I have also been trained by some world-renowned professional experts, including Clinton Swaine, Chris Howard and Igor Ledochowski. 

As an accredited REACH Practitioner, I am qualified to do profiling, deliver REACH Leadership, Teambuilding, Communication and Cultural Change Training and Coaching.
